Box 523–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Mwenze, who died at Kangalu, Mulango Location, on 19th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2022 By Maurice Mbuvi Muthoka, of P.O. Box 335–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoka Nduu Nzoka alias Muthoka Nduu, who died at Mwembe Tayari Location, on 20th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
