TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2020 By (1) David Kandie Cheburet and (2) Shadrack Cheburet Cheboi, both of P.O. Box 52–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Cheburet Cheboi, who died at Riwo, on 14th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Zakayo Chemjor, (2) Rorry Kei Chemjor and (3) Wesley Kendele Chemjor, all of P.O. Box 11–30401, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemjor Chebon alias Chemjor Chebon Telem, who died at Kabartonjo, on 1st October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
