Box 124, Kinamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipserem arap Lelmengit, who died at Njorua, on 6th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 367 OF 2021 By (1) Shadrack Wambiro Gachucha and (2) Jackson Kimani Gacuca, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Nyakio Gachucha, who died at Mwenje, on 17th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. 368 OF 2021 By (1) James Machira Wachira and (2) Johnson Maina Ndemenge, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Njeri Wachira, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 19th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
