TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2021 By (1) Miriamu Njoka Njeru, (2) Risper Wanja Kambi, (3) Lydia Njoki Muringih and (4) Florence N. Muringih, all of P.O. Box 60328– 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamwarano M’Kiende, who died at Gichiche, on 10th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
