TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By Fridah Asiko Ambundo, of P.O. Box 123, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambundo Akaliche Zablon, who died at Khushiku, on 19th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21OF 2022 By Laban Etemesi Aluka, of P.O. Box 168, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Aluka Asumwa, who died at Muyundi, on 14th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By Joseph Onyango Mukabana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mukabana Musula alias John Mukabana, who died at Shirembe, on 27th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
