CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2022 By (1) Simon Ayilo Ndika and (2) Samwel Ndika Esipira, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Ndika Nawutse alias Ndika Nabutse, who died at Ebusamia Location, on 26th April, 1990. E63 OF 2022 By Caleb Mmbai Amata, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rasto Amata Kisumo alias Erasto Amata Kisumo, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 28th December, 1996. E91 OF 2022 By Esinasi Idiavo Musare, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Musale alias Joshwa Musale, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 26th October, 2021.
