TAKE NOTICE that application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2022 By (1) Ibrahim Chuma Zaka and (2) Christine Harusi Zaka, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gidion Chuma alias Gideon Karisa Chuma, who died on 19th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2022 By (1) Jeffah Ngome Maleja and (2) Justus Joseph Ngome, both of P.O. Box 54–80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngome Maleja, who died at Bamburi, Mombasa, on 16th August, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
