TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Julius Kinoti Mungania and (2) Charles Kinyua Mungania, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mungania M’Rimberia alias Mungania s/o Rimberia, late of Gatakane, who died there on 1st June, 1922. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By Fredrick Mugambi Zakayo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo M’Muthamia Munyua alias Muthamia Munyua, late of Mikumbune, who died there on 16th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
