E45 “B” OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Atieno Odhiambo and (2) Michael Oduor Oile, both of P.O. Box 231, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and step-brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Otieno Ronya alias Charles Othieno, who died at Yiro West, on 14th April, 2005.
