CAUSE NO. 385 OF 2021 By John Otieno Sabalo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Sabalo alias John Otieno Sibalo, who died at Kongoni Sub-location, on 30th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2022 By (1) Filimona Fundi Indire and (2) Abigael Kageha Indire, both of P.O. Box 161, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jayne Musimbi Indire, who died at Nairobi, on 30th August, 2020.
