CAUSE NO. 249 OF 2021 By Selina Lwangasia Kavai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Kavayi Vilagi, who died at Gavudia, on 3rd November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 371 OF 2021 By Mardis Wanjovi Nyota, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Green Nyota alias Francis Ndagona Nyota, who died at Ebulonga Sub-location, on 10th June, 2021.
