TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E350 OF 2021 By (1) Sarah Omollo Ambajo and (2) Abigael Ogutu Ambajo, both of P.O. Box 6706-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambajo John Obudho alias John Ambajo Obudho, who died at Kibera, on 10th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. 368 OF 2021 By Pamella Muruka Odhonji, the deceased’s step-mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olundo Odongo, who died at Ramunde Sub-location, on 25th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. 372 OF 2021 By (1) Sebastian Nyawade Otieno and (2) Lily Annette Munyi, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rispa Awino Jacob, who died at Ugunja Sub-location, on 27th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2022 By Prisca Njoki Okoth, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ayoro Okoth, who died on 21st March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
