TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2021 By Salome Ochieng Oluoch, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Olum Ombonya, who died on 9th January, 1989. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Edwina Ogwel Mango, of P.O. Box 29–40107, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekia Mango Abuto, who died at Owaga Sub- location, on 4th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
