TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2022 By (1) Hellen Achieng Okeyo and (2) Peninah Bwana, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwana Ndori, who died on 13th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2022 By Joseph Mwita Rimo, of P.O. Box 96, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rimo Mwita alias Rimo Mwita Rimo, who died at Nyabikaye, on 5th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
