TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Wambua Mbali and Kasyoki Mbali, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Mbali Wambua Nlocho, late of Mavoloni, who died at utithini Sub- location, on 10th June, 2009 CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2022 By (1) David Kyove Maseki and (2) Teresia Ndunge Maseki, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kanini Maseki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
