TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wangui Ngunju and (2) John Kuria Ngunju, both of P.O. Box 390-20303, 01 Kalou in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Ngunju Gathiru, late of Tumaini, who died at Nairobi, on 27th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
