TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2021 By (I) Mary Gathoni Mburugu, (2) Lucy Wakio Wanjiku and (3) John Kungu Mburugu, all of P.O. Box 627-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, through Messrs. Tororei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburugu Kungu, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2021. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2022 By (1) Benjamin Kosgei Singoei and (2) Esther Jeptum Maritim, both of P.O. Box 5566-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Jepkoech Maritim, who died at Simat, on 9th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
