TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E48 OF 2022 By Emily Ayuma Agoi, of P.O. Box 126, Soy in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nadida Omimo Agoi alias George Nadida Agoi alias George Agoi, who died at St. Luke's Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2021. CAUSE No. E54 OF 2022 By (1) Isaac Kibet Talam, (2) Paul Kiptoo Talam and (3) Betty Jepkoech Kichwen, all of P.O. Box 72, Kipkaren River in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Kimursi A. Matutu, late of Chepsaita Location, who died at Ngenyilel, on 9th December, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
