Box 80454-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku George, who died at Mikindani, on 2nd October, 2012. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2022 By Arphaxad Kipruto Maiyo, of P.O. Box 56034-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Chepkorir Maiyo, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2017. CAUSE No. El 5 OF 2022 By (1) Jacinta Keke Mwenga, (2) Pius Mutua Mwenga and (3) Mariam Mweni Mwenga, all of P.O. Box 3737-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Mwenga Mavua, who died at Mikuyuni, on 19th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
