TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E190 OF 2022 By Rose Anyonga Misumi, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Andango Ominde, late of Bar "A", who died there on 13th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E270 OF 2022 By (1) John Maseko Osome, (2) Maurice Juma Osome and (3) Tobias Ouma Osome, all of P.O. Box 44, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderecus Osome alias Osome Tuju, who died on 27th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
