TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E554 OF 2021 By James Kanene Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 30-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennethi Kinyanjui Kanene, late of Gatundu, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2009. CAUSE No. El 76 OF 2022 By (1) Wangui Muturi and (2) Andrew Karugu Muturi, both of P.O. Box 70, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanuthu Muturi, who died at Thika, on 25th July, 2007. CAUSE No. E178 OF 2022 By (1) Maria Nyaruiru Wanganju and (2) Mercy Njoki Nginya, both of P.O. Box 21-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nginya Ngugi, who died at Ruburi Sub-location, on 21st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
