TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2022 By Lydia Mayaa Matatiah, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Jason Minja alias Julia Muthoni Mwai, who died at District Hospital, Hola in Kenya, on 6th January, 1984. CAUSE No. 42 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Murage Wahome and (2) Isaac Ngatia Wahome, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Wamuyu Wahome, who died on 18th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
