TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No: 216 OF 2020 By Cynthia Jepkurui, of P.O. Box 288-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Cheruiyot Kirui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Jepkoech Kotonjo, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2021 By Christine Jebet Sitienei alias Jebet Sitienei alias Christine Sitienei, of P.O. Box 81, Ziwa in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, through Messrs. Tororei & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Jelagat Tabrandich alias Chelagat Tabbrandich, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
