Box 565-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Cherotich Kirui alias Anne Cherotich Kirui, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2022 CAusE No. E101 OF 2022 By (1) Davis Kiplangat Rotich and (2) Mercy Chelangat, both of P.O. Box 18023-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiprotich Mutai, who died at Nandi Hills Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
