TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. EII3 OF 2022 By Nancy Chepkirui Kitur, of P.O. Box 56, Sosiot in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kipkemoi Kitur, who died at Kapkokwon, on 17th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
