TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E134 OF 2022 By Benard Ooko Nyanga, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orongo Nyalenda, who died on 7th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2022 By Benard Ooko Nyanga, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexius Nyalenda alias Alexius Nyalenda Okebe, who died on 14th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2022 By Benard Ooko Nyanga, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obuya Nyalenda, who died on 8th October, 2014. CAUSE No. E 137 OF 2022 By Benard Ooko Nyanga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kongo Nyalenda, who died on 14th August, 1990. CAUSE No. El 39 OF 2022 By Nixon Ochieng Nyamusi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Nyamusi Tharoge, who died on 10th August, 2011. CAUSE No. E140 of 2022 By Benard Ooko Nyanga, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Nyalenda, who died on Sth July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
