TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E133 OF 2022 By Garddy Were Odinge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ochieng Ouma alias Joseph Ochieng Juma, who died on 16th December, 2011. CAUSE No. E138 OF 2022 By George Opiyo Osore, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albetus Osore Gowa alias Albetus Osore Rowe, who died on 8th April, 2009. CAUSE No. E142 OF 2022 By Sasia Owuor Nyandiga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyandiga Sasia, who died on 17th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance In this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
