Box 38, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Otieno Onyango, who died at Obambo Sub- location, 8th September, 1997. CAUSE No. 158 OF 2022 By Ibrahim Samuel Aloo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Olare Ojowi, who died on 22nd February, 2004. CAUSE No. 163 OF 2022 By Josfina Awoko Yuaya, c/o of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Omondi Majiwa, who died on 26th July, 1995. CAUSE No. 164 OF 2022 By (1) Davicharles Odhiambo Oloo and (2) Steven Odhiambo Ayieya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oloo Ayieya, who died on 18th February, 2005. CAUSE No. 165 OF 2022 By Cyrus Odhiambo Oguna, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Oguna Osuma, who died on 26th October, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
