E48 OF 2022 By (1) Julia Njeri Karanja and (2) Damaris Wanjiru Gichuhi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Muura Kangethe alias Moses Muura Kang'ethe, who died at Muthanduku-ini, on 20th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E49 of 2022 By Paul Robe Wangari, for a grant of letters of administration Intestate to the estate of Joyce Wangari Warobe, who died at Kikuyu, on 2nd January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
