TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made In this court CAUSE No. E131 of 2022 By Patrick Musyoka Mutungi, of P.O. Box 3, Mwala in Kenya, for a grunt of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungi Mwaiyo Kivasu alias Mutungi Mwalyo, who died at Kyamutwil, Machakos, on 16th April, 2011. CAUSE No. E132 OP 2022 By (I) Margaret Wambul Mundi and (2) Peter Mwaniki Kabuku, both of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabuku Kibochl alias Kabuku Kigochi, who died at Karuri, Kiambu, on 9th December, 1977. 3rd June, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
