TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E65 OF 2022 By Annastasia Mwikali Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 70416-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kilonzo Ntheketha, who died at Kayole, on 28th January, 2017. CAUSE No. E66 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Senge Mwanzia and (2) Bernard Mutie Mwanzia, both of P.O. Box 784-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanslaus Mwanzia Senge, who died at Kanyonyoo, on 2nd April, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
