Box 94, Malaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margrate Bakhoya alias Margaret Bakhoya, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 16th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By (1) Gerishom Shikulu Shapaya and (2) Frida Inyanji Tali, both of P.O. Box 173, Malaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tali Munyasi, who died at Simitsi Sub-location, on 10th January, 1991. CAUSE No. E62 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Muyeho Wanzala and (2) Festus Muranda Lukote, both of P.O. Box 82, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agneta Bushuru Wanzala, who died at Matsakha Sub-location, on 3rd September, 2013. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
