TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E22 OF 2022 By Michael Ochieng K'Okeyo, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Okeyo Ndolo alias Francis Okeyo Olongo Okech, who died at Lower Kombewa Sub-location, on 13th November, 1993. CAUSE No. E26 OF 2022 By George Otieno Gumba, of P.O. Box 4, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Omondi Ogayi alias Samwel Omondi, who died at East Kanyadwera Sub-location, on 15th October, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
