TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E107 OF 2022 By Nzaro Kalama Tsuwi, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Tsuwi Kalama, who died at Ezamoyo, on 16th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2022 By Domtilla Waghanga Madeda, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Karisa Thoya, who died at Matsasangoni, Mkomani, on 23rd April, 1988. CAUSE No. E115 OF 2022 By Francis Kenga Kabani, of P.o. Box 122-80144, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kabani Tseko, who died at Msabaha, on 1st March, 1992. CAUSE No. E117 OF 2022 By Mwenda Hariri Mramba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hariri Mramba Baya, who died at Roka, Kilifi, on 31st August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
