TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E28 OF 2022 By Ndule Yohana Kalima, of P.O. Box 32, Salama in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Ndungulu Muindi, who died at Olkaria, on 8th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
