TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 59 OF 2022 By Janet Nanyama Wakhungu, the deceased's grantdaughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amatoya Pwopi alias Ahijah Matoya Pwop, who died at Tongoi Location, on 24th June, 1990. CAUSE No. E61 OF 2022 By (1) Fanice Kadari Muderu and (2) Josephine Kalahi, both of P.O. Box 638, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesborn Allah Opote, who died at Vihiga County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2022 By (1) Aggrey Avina Eledi and (2) Jeansburg Avutaga, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Elendi alias Jotham Eledi Sambaya, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 1978. CAUSE No. 126 OF 2022 By Arthur Lubang'a Mahonga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ezekiah Lubang'a alias Hezekiah Lubang'a, who died at Igunga Sub-location, on 16th May, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
