TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E139 OF 2021 By Joseph Ouko Obuya, of P.O. Box 134, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keya Ouko, who died on 4th August, 1989. CAUSE No. E73 OF 2022 By Josephine Akoth Odiwuor, of P.O. Box 248-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abonyo Nyakure, who died on 15th July, 2007. CAUSE No. E74 OF 2022 By (1) Siprina Obiero Owiti and (2) Rael Atieno Adede, both of P.O. Box 269-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Omolo Owiti alias Owiti Omolo, who died on 25th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
