TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2022 By (I) Mnangat Haron Payeni and (2) Penis Cherop Payeni, both of P.O. Box 6193, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clementina Andrew alias Clementina Andrew Payeni, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2021. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2022 By Rosemary Chepkiech, of P.O. Box 174, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Chemkan Loipalel alias Chemakan Lopailel, who died at Siyoi Sub- location, on 20th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
