TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE No. E14 OF 2022
By Salim Matano Mzungu, of P.O. Box 302-80105, Kaloleni in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Mohamed Muzungu Mashanga alias Muhamed Mzungu Mashanga, who died at Chauringi, Rabai, on 31st December, 2006.
CAUSE No. EIS OF 2022
By Kwekwe Charo Chilaga, of P.O. Box 104-80113, Mariakani in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Charo Chilaga Nuri, who died Mariakani Sub-County Hospital in
Kenya, on 14th September, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
