ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya by Openroad Limited, of P.O. Box 511–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles reg. No. KBM 991B, Scania Bus and Landrover Chassis No. 14902700, to collect and take delivery of the said motor vehicles lying at our storage yard known as Openroad Limited Storage Yard, on Ngiri Road, Nairobi, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and payment of storage, handling, advertisement, auctioneering chargers plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicles by public auction without any further reference to the owner, any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding handling storage and any other accrued charges.
