REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Renato Marini, of P.O. Box 180–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.1858 hectare or thereabouts, known as portion No. 2990 Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered under title No. LT 48 folio 154 file No. 5035, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture under the provision of section 33(5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
