THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joan Jeptoo Ngeno, of P.O. Box 30689, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the Mombasa municipality in Mombasa County, registered under title deed No. Mombasa/Mn/Block 2/264, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
