WHEREAS (1) Bharat Ramji Manji and Ashvin Ramji Manji, both of P.O. Box 44861–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Shimoni ADJ/556, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, 20th May, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
