GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5677

WHEREAS Kibe s/o Kerugumi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.8 acres or thereabout, known as Thegenge/Karia/408, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 253 of 1991, has ordered that the piece of land be tranferred to (1) Peter Ndegwa Kibe, (2) Purity Wanjiku Wambugu, (3) Timothy Mwangi Macharia and (4) John Ndiritu Mathenge, as an administrators and beneficiaries are (1) Timothy Mwangi Macharia, (2) John Ndiritu Mathenge, (3) Boniface Ndegwa Mathenge, (4) Paul Mathenge Gichuki, (5) Phineas Maina Mathenge, (6) Jane Wangui Warungu, (7) Peter Maina Warungu, (8) Eliud Kariuki Mathenge, (9) Irene Wanjiru Kagure and (10) Anthony Maina Mwangi, whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 & R.L. 7 in favour of the said (1) Peter Ndegwa Kibe, (2) Purity Wanjiku Wambugu, (3) Timothy Mwangi Macharia and (4) John Ndiritu Mathenge, as an administrators and beneficiaries are (1) Timothy Mwangi Macharia, (2) John Ndiritu Mathenge, (3) Boniface Ndegwa Mathenge, (4) Paul Mathenge Gichuki, (5) Phineas Maina Mathenge, (6) Jane Wangui Warungu, (7) Peter Maina Warungu, (8) Eliud Kariuki Mathenge, (9) Irene Wanjiru Kagure and (10) Anthony Maina Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibe s/o Kerugumi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
