REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiratu Mbui (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 14.00 acres or thereabout, known as Gichugu/Settlement/Scheme/441, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’e court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 182 of 1995, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Simon Mwangi Kiratu (ID/2921585), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Simon Mwangi Kiratu 3050 3050 (ID/2921585), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiratu Mbui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
