REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aggrey Wetete Wabululu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kimilili/Kimilili/1702, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Kimilili in succession cause No. 42 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Alice Naswa Watete and (2) Jane Nanjala Wafula, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the Aggrey Wetete Wabululu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said transmission of instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Aggrey Wetete Wabululu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
