REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jotham Mwichelesi Mukulo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ndivisi/Mihuu/4039, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Webuye in succession cause No. 7 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Rosemary Khisa Kaniale, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the Jotham Mwichelesi Mukolo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said transmission of instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jotham Mwichelesi Mukulo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
