REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Sipwakula Murefu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kimilili/Kimilili/26, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Kimilili in succession cause No. 116 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Peter Seme Sipwakula, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the John Sipwakula Murefu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said transmission of instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Sipwakula Murefu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
