REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yohana Osule (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as E. Bukusu/E. Sangalo/1475, and whereas the court in succession cause No. E163 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Paul Sifuna Oshule, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the Yohana Osule (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said transmission of instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Yohana Osule (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
