REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hanah Shilisia, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyang’ori/Kapsotik/452, situate in the district of Hamisi, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Hamisi in succession cause No. 54 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favor of Martha M’Mbayi Luvate, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of Martha M’Mbayi Luvate, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hanah Shilisia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
